Our first floor sea view room is our personal favourite with floor to ceiling windows, panoramic coastal views of Sinclair's Bay and exclusive use of the properties hot tub. The room measures 18m2, has a private ensuite, double bed, night reading lights, bedside USB ports, vanity mirror, hairdryer, locks on the door and a large UHD TV with Netflix so you never miss a show. Bedding, Scottish fine soaps, towels and free sanitary products provided. 

As part of your booking, you have exclusive use of the properties HSG282 fully compliant hot tub as well as free WiFi and parking and EV charging available on site. A self-service breakfast consisting of, cereals, toast, Greek style yogurts, fresh fruit and local jam and marmalade is available each morning. There is a communal south facing patio with outdoor seating and microwave facilities available. Pukka Teas to choose from as well as a Bean to Cup Coffee Machine to enjoy throughout your stay. Milk and a non dairy alternative are provided.
