We provide a complimentary self-serve breakfast with cereals. bread, local jam and marmalade. Greek style yoghurts and tropicana orange juice

For guests who book our ensuite rooms, we have a communal area with microwave, drinks fridge plates and utensils

For guests who book Room 3 or the whole property privately,  we have a fully compliant HSG282 hot tub and provide robes and sliders

We provide complimentary Scottish Fine Soaps hand wash, moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner and body wash

As part of Scotland's bill for free products in public buildings, we have chosen to lead by example and provide complimentary sustainable sanitary products for our guests
