Available to book on a single night basis, our private ensuite rooms have double beds, great showers, Scottish fine soap toiletries, vanity mirrors, hairdryers, large UHD TVs with Netflix and include breakfast. Room 3 includes use of our HSG282 compliant hot tub

Free WiFi, free parking, microwave facilities, a breakfast room with views over Sinclair's Bay, a south facing patio with outdoor seating and EV charging on site. Guests can enjoy a selection of Pukka Teas and Bean to Cup Coffee's during their stay. 

During off season periods and some school holidays, the whole property can be booked privately. There are 4 ensuite bedrooms, an open plan lounge with cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and stunning views towards Sinclair's Bay.

Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area including golf, horse riding and water sports. Wick is 7.9 miles from the property and John O’Groats is 8.7 miles. There are regular car ferries to Orkney from Gills Bay 10.9 miles away.
