Our Build
Flotnar Hus is one of the most eco builds in Scotland. The property benefits from almost twice the amount of insulation required by todays building standards, high energy windows and doors, a solar array with a solar immersion coil, an air to water heat pump and a mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery System.
Our aim
To put it simply, we want to lead the way in reducing carbon emissions and by choosing to stay with us you'll be doing your part too. We recently installed 2x 7kW EV charge points for our guests and our next focus is to have a battery storage system to increase the utilisation of energy from our solar panels.
